At Lokkan Design, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a range of high-quality plants and unique gifts designed to brighten your space. Our return and refund policy ensures that you can shop with confidence.

2. Return Eligibility  
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.  
- Products should be in their original condition and packaging.  
- Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns for these items are accepted only if they arrive damaged or in poor health. Gift items and non-perishable products qualify for standard returns.

3. Initiating a Return or Refund  
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.  
- For defective or damaged items, please include clear photos to help us expedite your request.  
- Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning your item. For returns involving defective or damaged items, return shipping is complimentary.

4. Refund Process  
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once we have received and inspected the returned item.  
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be completed after the returned item is received.  
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please inform our support team when initiating your return.

5. In-Store Pickup  
- Local customers can choose in-store pickup near Royal Kwantlen Park, close to Old Yale Road in North Surrey.
